- All plants are fully rooted unless stated otherwise.
- Natural variations may occur due to the live nature of plants.
Size & Pot Info:
- Size reference is provided in the ruler image.
- Decorative pots are not included.
Shipping Details:
- Packed Mondays, shipped Tuesdays.
- Combined shipping for multiple plants may vary.
- Shipping risks are the buyer’s responsibility unless Next Day shipping with a heat pack is selected.
Issue Resolution:
- Minor issues won’t be refunded; major incidents are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Contact us within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos for any concerns.
- Replacements, if approved, require the buyer to cover shipping.
Plant Condition & Sales Policy:
